What to Expect
Initial Appointment
This is the first visit for clients who are new to the office. Here we get to know you, your current state of health, set goals for your care, and address any questions you may have. This session is a 45-minute one-on-one session with the chiropractor and typically includes your first chiropractic adjustment. As a pediatric chiropractor, we welcome patients of all ages from our Boise community to schedule with us!
Follow-up Appointments
All of our appointment times are one-on-one and tailored to you. Some of our practice members prefer activator-only chiropractic adjustments, some like the drop table, and some enjoy the standard diversified technique. As your Boise pediatric chiropractor, we know that everybody (and every body) is different, and our adjustments reflect that. In addition, we offer packages or pay-per-visit options depending on how chiropractic fits into your unique lifestyle and health routine.
If you are experiencing chronic pain, acute injuries, or discomfort from everyday activities, we will give you personalized recommendations for frequency of care to accelerate healing. Beyond addressing specific concerns, we emphasize the importance of ongoing wellness and preventive care. As part of our holistic approach, we may offer nutritional counseling to complement your chiropractic care. Proper nutrition plays a vital role in supporting overall health, and we provide guidance on making informed dietary and supplemental choices.
Preconception, Pregnancy, and Postpartum
Our office understands the dynamic changes your body undergoes during these crucial phases. From optimizing nervous system function prior to conception to addressing discomfort and aligning the pelvis during pregnancy to supporting postpartum recovery, our gentle approach prioritizes the well-being of both mom and baby. Chiropractic adjustments can contribute to optimal fetal positioning, shortened labor time, decreased medical intervention and increased adherence to your birth plan during your birthing experience.
We have specialized pillows that allow you to lay face down for your prenatal adjustments and we are certified in the Webster Technique of pelvic adjusting. Further, we offer postpartum house calls for our existing Boise clients. Please contact us for more information.
